By ordering from Software Programming and Computing Experts, you accept our terms and conditions stated below (All prices are quoted in US dollars):

• Initial consultation for new clients is free. For each new project Software Programming and Computing Experts will provide up to 45 minutes of free consultation. Additional time spent discussing other project matters and/or alterations to finished projects will be billed at a rate of $10 per hour for virtual assistant services, $15 per hour for research, $20 per hour for all web related work.
• Should the details of the project change either at the beginning or part-way through, an addendum quoting the changes, and any additional charges, will be drawn up to be signed by the client and the additional down payment made before work resume. Should the client cancel the project before completion they must pay for all work already done.
• All work that is ordered from our store must be paid in full before work can begin. 
• All clients will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% before work can commence on all other work, and the balance on delivery of the project. If the cost of the project is equal to or less than $100 USD we will need full payment up front.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts reserves the right to refuse, without explanation, to undertake any work which we believe is unethical or unlawful, or outside of our skill set. The client will not request Software Programming and Computing Experts' services for any work that is illegal, immoral or objectionable, or work that breaks copyright law.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts guarantees quality writing according to your requirements and instructions. We will complete a paper following the description given by you in the order form. Although our customers are satisfied with 98% of orders completed by us, there are still 2% remaining, which might fail to meet your demands. In this case, we offer you the option of FREE unlimited revisions.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts guarantees MONEY BACK if there is no writer to work on your content order. Once you submit payment, we will be able to see if there is a writer to pick up the order. If not, our support team representative will inform you on the absence of a writer within a couple of hours after you submit payment.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts is a custom writing company supplying completely unique and authentic content, therefore the issue of plagiarism in the custom content you get is out of question.
• However, if any cases occur and you find any instances of plagiarism, please can e-mail us within 14 days with solid proofs and, we will rewrite or issue a refund according to the % of plagiarism detected. Common words and set phrases cannot be regarded as plagiarism.
• If you decide to cancel your order after the work has been started, are responsible to pay for all work done and you will either receive a refund of the remaining sum or pay for the balance incurred.
If an order is canceled right after you submit payment and before a writer is assigned, you will get a full refund net of the transaction costs, minus the payment processing fee which is 8%.

• Due to computer viruses, all incoming emails will be virus scanned. However, we may still not open unsolicited attachments to emails or emails that look suspicious by being from an unrecognized sender, have no subject heading or contain no message alongside an attachment.

• Our standard turn-around time is 3 business days from receipt of work where feasible. Larger projects will have negotiated deadlines.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts will proof-read all completed work before dispatching to the client however it is the client’s responsibility to perform a final proof-reading. Any errors caused by Software Programming and Computing Experts will be corrected within a reasonable time (5 days of dispatch) at no extra cost. Any errors caused by the client will be corrected at our usual rates.
• We will return work to the client by email, fax or Air mail.

• Clients are billed by the hourly at rate of $10 per hour for virtual assistant services, $15 per hour for research, $20 per hour for all web related work.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts will bill the client on completion and delivery of the project. Invoices can either be posted or emailed as requested.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts can provide the client with a timesheet at the time of invoicing if requested.
• Payment may be done by Paypal, cash or cheque and made payable to Software Programming and Computing Experts Ltd from local clients, payment are to be made by Paypal and Credit Cards for international clients. Software Programming and Computing Experts reserves the right to charge interest on outstanding invoices. Should bank charges arise due to canceled or bounced cheques.
• If work needs to be completed outside of normal office hours (i.e., outside of 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday), or should the client require work urgently (i.e., within 24 - 48 hours), Software Programming and Computing Experts will charge an extra 15% - 20% based on the type of work.

• Software Programming and Computing Experts will perform a back-up of all work onto CD which will be held in a separate building. We will keep back-ups for a period of 3 months after which time all information will be destroyed unless requested otherwise by the client. We will undertake every precaution for the safety of your work however cannot accept liability in the event of fire, flood, theft or accidental damage. All work that leaves Software Programming and Computing Experts’ premises does so in pristine condition – we cannot accept liability for damage or loss caused by Air Mail.
• Any personal data held by Software Programming and Computing Experts will be held in full confidentiality. Personal data will not be passed to third parties unless required by law.
• Intellectual property rights over all original documents, layouts and templates created by Software Programming and Computing Experts will be held by Software Programming and Computing Experts unless otherwise expressed in writing.
• Software Programming and Computing Experts cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to data or equipment relating to the task, during transit to/from, or within Virtual- Software Programming and Computing Experts' premises.
• For insurance purposes, client visits to Software Programming and Computing Experts premises cannot be accommodated.
